Analyse business performance, including sales, profitability, inventory, and operational metrics, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support decision-making.
Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
Analyse customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and profitability to drive growth, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct pricing, product, and commercial analyses to support business decisions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business case development.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and business solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and continuous improvement through automation and process optimisation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Planning, preferably within the Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Distribution industry.
Proven stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; ERP system experience is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, financial modelling, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
